Press conference in Abuja

Nigeria, August 6, 2021.- The Cuban Ambassador to Nigeria, comrade Clara Pulido Escandell, gave a press conference to reporters from more than a dozen of different media, including journals, radio, television and digital press.

The occasion offered the opportunity to share with journalists the truths of Cuba and denounce the unjust and criminal economic, commercial and financial blockade against our people.

Nigerian Agencies visit Cuban Embassy

Nigeria, August 4, 2021.- The Ambassador of Cuba in Nigeria, Clara Pulido Escandell, received the General Directors of National Biotechnology Development Agency (NABDA), Professor Abdullahi Mustapha; Sheda Science and Technology Complex (SHESTCO), Professor Paul Onyenekwe; and Raw Materials Research and Development Council (RMRDC), Professor Ibrahim Hussaini Doko; accompanied by some of their respective Directors.

Nigerian Minister of Health receives Cuban Ambassador.

Nigeria, August 3, 2021.- The Nigerian Minister of Health, Dr. Osagie Ehanire, received at the headquarters of his Ministry the Ambassador of Cuba, Clara Pulido Escandell.

Leading high-level officials from his Ministry, the Honourable Minister Dr. Ehanire spoke with the Cuban Ambassador on issues of common interest, including the confrontation with COVID19 virus.

Meeting between the President of the main Nigerian trade union and the Ambassador of Cuba.

Nigeria, July 27, 2021.- Comrade Ajuba Waba, President of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC), the largest and most important Nigerian organized labour organization, held a friendly meeting with the Cuban Ambassador, Comrade Clara Pulido.

The historic relations between the NLC and the Central de Trabajadores de Cuba (CTC) were on the friendly debate. The NLC was the main organizer of the VI African Meeting of Solidarity with Cuba held in Abuja in September 2019.

Ambassador of Cuba Visits RMRDC.

Nigeria, July 22, 2021.- Nigeria, July 22, 2021.- The Cuban Ambassador to Nigeria, Clara Pulido, paid a visit to the Council for Research and Development of Raw Materials (RMRDC) of the African giant.

Professor Hussaini Doko Ibrahim, Director General of RMRDC, accompanied by several of his Directors, gave an important explanation about the past, present and future of this important Council for the development of Nigeria. The amount of raw materials found in the geography of this immense country is impressive.
