Ambassador of Cuba in Mongolia expresses condolences to Vietnam for the death of its President.

Ulan Bator, September 26, 2018.- The Ambassador of Cuba in Mongolia, Raúl Delgado Concepción, arrived at the Vietnamese Embassy in Mongolia to offer condolences on behalf of the people and Government of the Island for the recent death of the president from that brother country, Tran Dai Quang.

Accompanied by the Director of the Independent Legal Department of the Chancellery of Cuba, Miguel Ángel Moreno Carpio and in the presence of the Hon. Ms. Doan Thi Huong, Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Mongolia, the Cuban ambassador expressed his condolences to the Government and the Vietnamese people, as well as to the relatives and close friends of the president.

Tran Dai Quang was the last dignitary received by Commander in Chief Fidel Castro, in November 2016, shortly before the physical disappearance of the Cuban leader. (EmbaCuba Mongolia)
