Ambassador Ana Silvia Rodríguez Abascal, Deputy Permanent Representative and Chargé d´Affaires a.i. of Cuba to the United Nations participated today in the debate of Agenda Item 114 “Measures to eliminate international terrorism” of the Sixth Committee of the United Nations.

(GGA) by the Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
New York, 6 October 2020. Cuba has a unique, free of charge and accessible health system, based on primary health care, which guarantees universal coverage and access to all Cubans without discrimination on grounds of sex, economic status, skin color, religious belief or political affiliation.
The right to health is enshrined in the Cuban Constitution.

During the general debate of the Third Committee of the United Nations, the Permanent Representative of China, on behalf of 20 nations, called for the immediate lifting of unilateral coercive measures, since they are contrary to international law and the Charter of the United Nations.
