The Embassy of the Republic of Cuba to the State of Qatar inform to all friends that on the occasion of the passing away of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz, a book of Condolences will be open at the Embassy from Monday 28 Novembaer to Sunday 4 December, 2016, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

DECREE BY THE COUNCIL OF STATE: NATIONAL PERIOD OF MORNING
Cuba, 26 November 2016.- On the occasion of the passing away of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz, the Council of State of the Republic of Cuba declares nine days of National Mourning, from 06:00 hours on 26 November to 12:00 pm on 4 December 2016.
During the period of National Mourning, all publics activities and performances will be suspended; the national standard will fly at half-mast at all public buildings and military establishiments. Cuban Radio and Television will be airing informative, patriotic and historical programing.
