Ambassador of Cuba to the Kingdom of the Netherlands Soraya Alvarez Núñez, made a presentation on the genesis, development and tightening of the economic, commercial and financial blockade of the United States against Cuba for almost 60 years and constitutes the center piece of the current US administration´s policy government against our country with a strong extraterritorial character.
