Iranian unions condemn the United States' blockade against Cuba and recognize the island's international medical cooperation.

Tehran, May 4, 2020. The Workers House of the Islamic Republic of Iran issued a fraternal statement condemning, once again, the blockade that the United States government imposes on Cuba, while acknowledging the historic struggle of our people against imperialism, and praised the valuable medical cooperation of our country, especially in times of combat against COVID-19.

Cuban Embassy in Iran celebrates International Workers Day.

The collective of the Embassy of Cuba in the Islamic Republic of Iran celebrated International Workers' Day this morning with a voluntary work during which sanitation and disinfection work was carried out in the face of a gradual incorporation into daily activities in the midst of a period of combat against COVID-19 in the Persian nation.

Foreign Ministers of Cuba and Iran held a telephone conversation

Tehran, April 30, 2020. Through his official twitter account, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba, announced the telephone conversation he had with his counterpart today the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohammad Javad Zarif.

Both foreign ministers exchanged on the need for cooperation from the international community against # COVID19 and the importance of the end of unilateral sanctions motivated by political reasons.

Ambassador of Cuba holds meeting with new Assistant Iranian Foreign Minister and Director General for the Americas.

Tehran, March 3, 2020. The Cuban Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Iran, Alexis Bandrich Vega, held a fraternal meeting with the new Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director General for the Americas, H.E. Mr. Reza Nazarahari, in which they exchanged on the impact of the United States blockade against Cuba, the state of bilateral relations and the support between the two countries.
