Dear comrades,
We address you on behalf of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Greece (KKE), and the thousands of members and friends of the KKE in Greece who, with all their might, continue to energetically express their solidarity with the heroic people of Cuba, We express our warm, internationalist and comradely greetings to you.
Four years have passed without Comrade Commander Fidel Castro. However, today, Fidel is alive and will continue to live in the contemporary struggles of the peoples and youth of the world, against capitalist barbarism, for socialism.

I thank the Pro-Tempore Secretariat of Andorra for the successful celebration of this meeting and the wise way in which the Conference activities have been conducted, even amidst the exceptional circumstances imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic. We reiterate our support and recognize the work of the Ibero-American General Secretariat in these efforts.
