SPECIAL DECLARATION CELAC: ON THE COMMITMENT TO ADVANCE IN THE MULTILATERAL NEGOTIATIONS ON NUCLEAR DISARMAMENT.

Dominica, Roseau, March 15, 2017. The Cuban Ambassador to Dominica, Juan Carlos Frómeta de la Rosa, received the Secretary General of the Dominica Labor Party (DLP), Honorable Senator Edward Registrar, on a courtesy visit.
During the fraternal encounter, both figures recognized the excellent state of bilateral relations.
