Ottawa, August 18, 2021.- Yesterday afternoon, 1,920,000 syringes arrived in Cuba to support the vaccination campaign and the fight against COVID-19 in the country and were received by representatives of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP) and the Ministries of Public Health, Foreign Trade and Investment and Foreign Affairs.
To all conscientious persons including scientists, doctors, health workers, academics as well as any honest woman or man from Cuba and the world, we call on you to support the concepts and principles expressed in this letter.

Havana, August 17th.- The Official Gazette No. 92 Ordinary of 2021 puts into force this Tuesday a group of new regulations on telecommunications, information and communication technologies (ICT), the use of the radioelectric spectrum and the incidents in cyberspace, which includes Decree-Law 35/21 on Telecommunications, Information and Communication Technologies and the Use of the Radioelectric Spectrum.
