A report (in Arabic) entitled: "The Cuban Parliament calls on the parliaments of the world to intensify the demand on the lifting of the US economic blockade," based on the Appeal of the International Relations Commission of The National Assembly of People's Power of the Republic of Cuba, was published yesterday June 14, 2021 in the newspaper of the Iraqi Communist Party, "Tareeq Al-Shaab" (People's Way).

Tehran, June 13, 2021. In a small but emotional ceremony, the Embassy of Cuba in the Islamic Republic of Iran this morning made the symbolic presentation of the high distinction awarded by the Council of State: the "Medal of Friendship", to the Iranian solidarity leader Hamid Sharabi, who has been a loyal and tireless defender of the Cuban Revolution for more than four decades.

Mr. Alexis Bandrich Vega, Ambassador of Cuba in the Islamic Republic of Iran with whom he exchanged in a fraternal atmosphere on the common interest of strengthening ties between legislative bodies, and bilateral relations between both countries.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba condemns in the strongest possible terms the attack on the Al-Aqsa mosque in occupied Jerusalem and the indiscriminate bombings against the Palestinian people living in the Gaza Strip by Israel’s military forces, which have caused more than one hundred deadly casualties, the destruction of infrastructure and heavy economic damage.
