1. The Coordinating Bureau of the Non-Aligned Movement (CoB-NAM) reiterates its serious concern over the continued rapid spread of the COVID-19, which poses a major challenge to humanity. The pandemic has exposed and aggravated vulnerabilities and inequalities in both developing and developed countries, and also among them, deepening poverty and exclusion and pushing the most vulnerable even further behind.

Today March 13 marks the 64th anniversary of the Assault on the Presidential Palace in Cuba. This heroic act was an armed action that occurred on March 13, 1957, in Havana, Cuba, carried out by young people from the Revolutionary Directorate, which was one of the forces fighting against the tyranny of Fulgencio Batista. The purpose of the assailants was to disconcert the regime with the execution of the dictator Fulgencio Batista, deliver the weapons of the garrison to the people summoned through the radio station Radio Reloj and take other points of the city such as the Maestre de la Policia Barracks - occupy its strong arsenal- and so on other police stations and barracks until dominating the capital.

The Helms-Burton law is a law that they teach you in school and that can come out in a question on the university entrance test or any other exam. The Helms-Burton is a standard that could be mistaken for whim if it weren't so real. It is one country dictating provisions on another. Why? An example: Do the French want Cuba to sell them anticancer drugs? Yes. Does the United States government want a Parisian to save his life with a Cuban drug? No. Well then no, the sale does not happen. Helms-Burton is the opposition to life.
