On the runway of the Dublin airport, Mrs. Emma Madigan, director of the Foreign Ministry Protocol, Mrs. Barbara Jones, Irish Ambassador to Cuba, Hugo René Ramos and Soraya Torres, Cuban Ambassador and Consul, came to welcome you respectively.
The Cuban president travels with his wife Lis Cuesta Peraza; the chancellor, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla; Foreign Trade Minister Rodrigo Malmierca Díaz and Alba Soto Pimentel, director of Europe of our Foreign Ministry.
Our President arrives in Ireland when both countries celebrate 20 years of uninterrupted diplomatic relations, since October 27, 1999.
