Nairobi. Comrade Mwandamiro Mghanga, President of the Kenya-Cuba Friendship Society and the Communist Party of Kenya, leads his country's delegation to the Sixth African Solidarity Meeting with Cuba to be held from September 23 to 25, 2019 in Abuja, Nigeria
During their stay in Nigeria, Kenyan friends will reiterate their solidarity with Cuba and the condemnation of the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States against the Island, while ratifying their gratitude for the efforts made by our country in the fight against Colonialism in the African continent.
The Kenya-Cuba Friendship Society has been characterized by its militant support towards Cuba over the years and has participated in different solidarity events with the Greater Antilles both in Africa and elsewhere.
In addition, the leaders of the Kenya-Cuba Friendship Society and the Communist Party of Kenya Benedict Wachira and Booker Omole are part of the delegation.
