Minister of Foreign Affairs Travels to Cuba
St. Johns, May 7, 2018. The Ambassador of Cuba, Gustavo Veliz Olivares, said goodbye today at the V.C. Bird International Airport to Hon. E.P. Chet Greene, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Immigration, who traveled to the 21st Meeting of the Council of Foreign Affairs of the Caribbean (COFCOR), which is being held in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, and who will later attend the 37th session of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) that will take place in Havana until May 11.
Minister of Agriculture of Antigua and Barbuda Travels to Cuba
St. John's.9 May 2018. At noon today, the Minister of Agriculture and Minister of Barbuda Affairs, Hon. Dean Jonas, will arrive in Havana. The minister also occupies a seat in the Lower Chamber of the parliament of the sister Caribbean Island, representing St. Georges, after the governing ABLP Party was re-elected in the general elections held on March 21st.
